Your inquiry & personal information
How Titanil handles personal information shared through this website, wholesale inquiries and related business correspondence.
Effective date: 18 October 2026 · Last updated: 18 October 2026
Titanil is the brand of Shenzhen Titanil Jewelry Co., Ltd. Our website, titanil.com, is for wholesale business inquiries.
When you contact Titanil, we receive the information you enter in our inquiry form or include in your correspondence. This can include your name, business email address, business type, company or studio name, country, website or social profile, product interests, planned quantities and product requirements.
Required fields are marked on each form. Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details and sourcing information to respond to your request. Please do not include health information, identity documents or payment-card details in a general inquiry.
Website requests also generate technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and inferred country, for website operation and security.
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss product selections and specifications, prepare quotations, and follow up on catalog, sample, custom-design or repeat-order requests. We do not send regular marketing newsletters.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, communicating with prospective business customers, and operating and protecting our website. Where we take steps at your request toward a contract with you personally, the processing may also be necessary for those pre-contractual steps. We process information to meet applicable legal obligations where required.
You can ask us to stop business follow-up or object to processing based on legitimate interests using the contact details in this policy.
Website inquiry notifications are sent to info@titanil.com, our Zoho business mailbox. Titanil’s owner and sales staff access inquiries for business follow-up. Messages may be forwarded to other Zoho inboxes used internally. We do not forward customer inquiries to factories or other external businesses.
Our service providers process information to provide website hosting, security, email transmission and mailbox services. Hostinger hosts the website and maintains operational logs and backups. WP Mail SMTP connects the website to Brevo for transactional email delivery; Brevo processes notification content, sender and recipient addresses, and email events. Zoho receives and stores the resulting business correspondence.
Titanil operates in China. The current hosting account identifies website hosting in Arizona, United States, and backups in Boston, United States. Brevo describes its database hosting as located in the European Union. Zoho operates internationally, including in the United States and European Economic Area. Your information can therefore be processed outside your country.
Providers describe their contractual protections and transfer arrangements in their published privacy and data-processing documentation. For details relevant to your inquiry, or to request information about applicable safeguards, contact us. See Hostinger’s privacy policy, Zoho’s privacy policy and Brevo’s privacy policy.
Website and inquiry delivery. The site uses WordPress, Elementor and Contact Form 7. Inquiry details are transmitted through WP Mail SMTP and Brevo to our Zoho business mailbox. Delivery and troubleshooting logs are separate from the business correspondence retained in our mailbox.
Hosting and security. Hostinger processes website requests and access logs, including technical information such as IP addresses and request times, and provides backups for site recovery. We use these functions to operate the site, investigate errors and protect its availability.
Browser storage. A successful inquiry sets a session-storage marker so the Thank You page can show a submission confirmation. The marker contains a form identifier and timestamp, without your name, email address or message. It is accepted as a success signal for up to 30 minutes. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings; restricting storage may affect confirmation or other site functions.
Fonts and contact links. Website fonts are served locally. Our WhatsApp entry is a normal link. Following it opens WhatsApp, where information you choose to send is also handled under that service’s privacy terms.
For inquiries that do not become orders, Titanil retains inquiry correspondence for one year from the last business communication. We review expired inquiries each month and manually delete them from the primary Zoho mailbox, internally forwarded Zoho inboxes and business export copies.
Brevo’s current transactional retention screen specifies one month for email-event logs and no preview storage for new transactional emails. Email events can include sending, delivery, bounce, open and click information. This operational retention is separate from our one-year business-correspondence rule.
Website access logs and service backups are subject to the relevant provider’s operational retention and rotation arrangements. Retention is determined by the need to operate and secure the service, investigate incidents, recover the website and meet applicable legal requirements. Residual backup copies may remain until the provider’s normal rotation removes them. Contact us about a specific record or deletion request.
To ask about your inquiry information, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop an inquiry follow-up, email info@titanil.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We may request proportionate information to verify a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Depending on the law and processing involved, you may also have rights to restrict processing or receive a portable copy of your information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
Your right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including business follow-up, by contacting us separately at the email address above.
You may complain to the relevant data protection authority where you live or work. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We review this policy when our website functions, service providers, retention practices or communication activities change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date. Please contact info@titanil.com if you have questions about how a change affects your inquiry information.
